TOSS on TV!
Michael Hein, director of the
NYC Horror Film Festival, is host of the "Killer Shorts" program on
Fangoria TV and has asked TOSS to be part of his lineup. As you may
or may not know, Fangoria is a horror/fantasy--based magazine that's
been kicking around since the early 80's. They've expanded their
operations to include a 24/7 television channel that will broadcast
in HD as well as SD and will include both original programming and
material culled from old series, films and shorts. We're excited to
be part of this new channel and hope that an even greater audience
will see and enjoy TOSS, as well as giving the talented cast and crew
their collective moment to shine. For more info on Fangoria TV, click

Great news!
TOSS OF THE COIN has won the "BEST HORROR FEATURE OR SHORT FILM" award at Creepfest 2004! Wooo-hooo! It's a fest in L.A. and was held at The Fang Club on October 31. This is definitely the kind of news to amp up an otherwise blah kind of day. So, here's the tally of wins/notice so far:
Additionally, TOSS has been screened at Horrorama 2003 and 2004 here in Dayton, as part of the Project Smiles charity fundraiser, and was featured in the Walk on the Wild Side retrospective in Las Vegas.
Feedback from the various fest programmers has been very positive. While it may not win every single fest is plays in, it seems to be quite a crowd-pleaser. The reactions of the Horrorama audiences have been phenomenal!

TOSS
OF THE COIN included on compilation DVD!
Michael Hein, director of the
NYC Horror Film Festival, asked if he could include TOSS on a
fundraising compilation DVD the fest was putting together titled
KILLER SHORTS PART 2. It is a nicely designed package and includes
not only TOSS but five of other interesting short films that
represent some of the best from the 2003 lineup. If you're in the
mood, swing by THEIR

out.
Producer
Ann and director Pat interviewed on radio!
Cleveland and Los Angeles-based Indie filmmaker Les Zekeley hosts The B+ Moviemaking Show, which is an hour-long radio progam devoted to independent/low budget/genre filmmaking. TOSS had played a fest or two alongside his short, THE NOT SO GRIM REAPER; he had seen it and contacted us to be his special hour-long guests. The first thirty minutes were devoted to TOSS while the last portion was spent discussing HINDSIGHT and our filmic plans for the future. I am honored he asked us and my hat is off to Les--he's a witty, driven and talented member of the indie scene. His bio and info about his show can be found at the ADRENALINE RADIO SITE.
TOSS
OF THE COIN is now on DVD!
That's right, the film you know and love is available for home consumption. Each copy was pressed from a glass master (so it will play on any NTSC DVD player) and features beautiful cover art by Ann Rotolante and a clamshell case. The DVD itself includes:

For those of you who weren't able to attend, the cast and crew premiere of TOSS OF THE COIN on October 26th, 2002 at the Neon Movies was a smashing success! A supportive crowd of around 50 showed, watched a new print twice and feasted on munchies, beer and other goodies in the post film reception.
